“Lifting Up, Finding Strength” by Mary Morrissey

In scripture it says, “I will lift up mine eyes to the hills from whence cometh my strength.”

If you can, close your eyes for just a moment and then bring your attention right to the center of your forehead. In some traditions this is called the third eye. It’s the pineal gland.

I will lift up my attention to a place inside me where I can discover answers, where I can have inspiration, where new ideas spring forth. This is lifting up our attitude, lifting up our attention, and lifting up our willingness to allow God to guide our lives.

Today, I will lift up mine eyes to the place in me where the strength can be found.

May You Find Strength This Day,

Mary Morrissey
