Happy New Year by Mary Morrissey

Last night, all over the world there is a song that many millions and millions of people heard called, “Auld Lang Syne”.

The first line of this song says, “Should old acquaintance be forgot and never thought upon.”

Let’s bring to mind some of the people in our lives that maybe wehaven’t contacted for a while, but when we think about them, we know they havethey made a difference in our lives.

I want to suggest that today you make three phonecalls to people you care about. Say something like, “Hi, I was justing thinking about you, and I want you to know what a difference you make in my life.”

Should old acquaintance be forgot? No.

Today we rememberthe difference that people have made in our life.

To The Difference Makers,

Mary Morrissey
