Let’s do an experiment today. Take a deep breath. Let it out. Repeat with another deep breath. Let it out.

You’ll notice that if you really take two or three deep breaths, it changes you. It changes your awareness. It changes the feeling in your body. It helps you to be more appreciative.

It actually promotes a change in us at the cellular level. Every tiny part of us is serving as a reminder of the gift of life that is happening within us right now.
